5 ROUNDS Youth personal training program is a Martial Arts-inspired fitness program for boys and girls, ages 4+ years old. Our program teaches the values and techniques of traditional Martial Arts, while putting emphasis on kid-friendly fitness. Today with video games, YouTube and social media, our kids are becoming sedentary and sitting in front of a screen is normal. It’s important we motivate our kids to get in motion and to build relationships outside of the internet. We believe it takes a community to help raise a child.


All youth programs are operated on a belt/armband system. Promotions are based on performance at home, in school and on the mats. Classes are 30-60 minutes, based on age. We offer a Free 15 minute intro for all new students. 732-503-9744


Little Warriors 

Martial Arts & Fitness program for ages 4-7 years old. 30-40 minute session depending on child. 

Our classes help develop their coordination, improve concentration, enhance their ability to follow directions, and learn important social skills that prepare them for success in school and life. Our Little Warriors program has its own age-specific curriculum, which keeps the classes fun and exciting. While maintaining a structured, disciplined, and positive learning experience. All youth programs are operated on a belt/armband system. Promotions are based on performance at home, in school and on the mats. 


Young Warriors 

Martial Arts & Fitness program for ages 8-15 years old. 40-60 minutes session depending on child. Students learn important skills such as goal setting, sportsmanship, and teamwork.  Promotions are based on performance at home, in school and on the mats. Our students have shown improvement in their focus, listening skills and overall attitude, after just a few months of dedicated training. The technical skills learned in the Young Warriors Martial Arts program improve the student's confidence, as well as, help them do their best in other activities and sports.
