After years of competing and multiple fight camps,
we’ve
come up with a system that simplifies getting in “fight shape” without the
black eye! We believe it’s about the Flow, not the grind of the workout.
Each personal one-on-one session, you will
learn real Boxing and Kickboxing techniques,
while developing your overall
physical condition.
All of our workouts are custom tailored to the individual
and are with an experienced trainer. Our creative custom workouts, incorporate battle ropes, suspension band training, kettlebells and much

All youth programs are operated on a belt/armband system.
Promotions are based on performance at home, in school and on the mats.
